P74JA pressure difference controller has two high sensitive
pressure components which face each other. Once the pressure of
both ends of the components changes, it will cause the switching
mechanism action to control the equipment, such as motor drives the
valves. Switching mechanism provides SPOT non -rapid effect
(floating), so the shared mobile contacts will contact one of the
two fixed contacts, or stay between them (not contact). P74JA
pressure difference controller is usually applied in the water
systems, to control the water supply pipes and the water return
pipes. After the SPOT floating-point of the controller connects
with the contacts, the motor driver will control the valves. A
typical application is to install the valve on the bypass pipeline
near the water pump system. When system pressure difference
increases to exceed the setting value, the valve door will open
gradually, more water will flow through the bypass valve, so the
system pressure difference will reduce. The reduction of the
pressure difference will make the valve door close gradually and
the system pressure difference will increase gradually. P74JA can
also be applied to control the pressure difference of the other gas
or liquid. All P74JA controller equipment only can be used as a
operational control. If there is operation out of control, it may
lead to personal injury or property damage, so the installers have
the responsibility to install additional facilities (security,
restrictions control), and additional protection system (alarm,
monitoring and control system), alarm when the controller goes out
of control. |
