Okonoff air-conditioning auto control system is researched and developed by our company. It is the control equipment and scheme with independent intellectual property rights, and it has been widely applied in the clean room, operating room and some other buildings. Now, it is in a leading position in the same industry. Take this system as core, we establish a relative complete central air-conditioning control system, realize the auto control. Can achieve the maximum energy-saving control and accord with the prominent requirements of the energy saving and environmental protection while meeting the safe operation of the system and the various technical indicators of the guarantee system at the same time. The data of correlation showed that it can reduce about 15% to 30% of annual operating cost of the air-conditioning after adopting the air-conditioning auto control system. Since the equipment realizes the auto control and management, it can reduce the daily maintenance personnel, and reduce the occurrence of the sudden accidents and the damage of the equipment, so as to bring potential benefits.

Basic Function Description

Constant Temperature and Constant Humidity PI Control
Indoor remote start-stop the air-conditioning and set the parameters
Automatically identify various faults, give an alarm and interlock
Prevent dew when supplying the air in summer/ prevent frost in winner.
This system has the advantages of strong expansibility, the number of nodes without limitation and so on. The front can control the water pump, boiler and so on.
The back can control the wind valve and the temperature of different areas.
Water pressure sensor-variable frequency pump, maintain the invariableness of the water pressure
Advantages: A. can automatically reduce the rotational speed of the water pump or close the water pump when closing the valve gradually(not fully close).
B. Do not need the pressure difference controller, save cost and save energy at the same time.
Temperature and humidity sensor-modulating valve/ heating or, maintain the invariableness of temperature and humidity of the wind pipe.
Advantage: Adopt digital signal, without transmission loss
Wind pressure- variable frequency fan, maintain the pressure invariableness of the wind pipe.
Advantage:
A. Can change the rotational speed of the fan, save the energy
B. Avoid produce high pressure and noise when closing some wind door（not fully close）
